• YourWebsiteCare is operated by Cheniteli OÜ (registry code 17077395), Kesklinna linnaosa, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia, EU. Cheniteli OÜ is the data controller for personal data described in this policy.

• Free tools and scans: the URL you submit, publicly available page content and response data, and the diagnostics or scores generated from them.
• Accounts and orders: email, authentication identifiers, selected offer, order or payment status, and records needed to provide support and account access. A payment provider handles card details; we do not store full card numbers.
• Inquiries and service delivery: your name, contact details, website URL, project brief, correspondence, and materials or access you agree to provide for a Website Review, Website Fixes, or Website Care.
• Waitlist: email, optional website URL, billing preference, and sign-up source if you join the Automatic Pro waitlist.
• Site use: IP address, browser and device data, referral and page activity, cookie identifiers, and preferences such as consent and display currency. Optional analytics and marketing data is collected after the relevant consent.
• Do not send passwords, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive personal data through public scans or general inquiry forms. If service work needs protected access, we will agree a secure way to share it.

• We process information to answer inquiries, prepare proposals, provide free tools and accounts, and deliver the services you request (steps before a contract and contract performance, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• We use limited technical and communication data to keep the site secure, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
• We load optional analytics, advertising measurement, and support or marketing scripts after the consent requested on this site (consent, Art. 6(1)(a), and applicable cookie rules). You may change that choice in Cookie preferences in the footer.
• We send service, account, payment, and security messages as needed to fulfil a contract or protect the service. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted by law; you may opt out at any time.
• We keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)).

• We use providers for hosting, accounts, and data storage (including Supabase); form delivery (Formspree); and payment processing where online checkout is offered (Mollie). Google sign-in is available if you choose it.
• With optional cookie consent, we may use Google Analytics and Google Ads for site and campaign measurement, Apollo for marketing measurement, and Crisp for chat. These providers may receive device, browser, page activity, and identifier data under their own policies.
• If you book a call through Calendly or choose a WhatsApp contact link, those services receive information you submit and technical data associated with your visit.
• Website scans may use external diagnostic services to inspect the public pages you submit. Authorized contractors may receive information needed to deliver agreed work under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• We may disclose data when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights or service security. You can request a current provider list at support@yourwebsitecare.com.

• Our providers and contractors may process data in the EU, UK, US, or other countries. Where an EEA or UK transfer needs a safeguard, we use an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
• We keep account data while your account is active, inquiry and service records while needed for delivery and follow-up, security logs for operational needs, and financial records for applicable legal periods. Scan history and analytics records depend on the feature and provider settings.
• We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, unless a legal duty or dispute requires longer retention. Ask support@yourwebsitecare.com about a specific record or deletion request.

• Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact support@yourwebsitecare.com; we may need to verify your identity before responding.
• You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Change optional cookie consent through Cookie preferences in the footer; after withdrawing consent, reload the page to stop scripts already loaded in that visit. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using their link or by contacting us.
• You may complain to a data protection authority. In Estonia this is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee); UK users may contact the ICO. EEA residents may contact their local authority.

• Residents of US states, Canada, Switzerland, and other regions may have additional rights under local law, including access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or opt-out, and appeal. Email support@yourwebsitecare.com to make a request or appeal a decision.
• We do not sell personal information for money. Optional advertising measurement may be treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under some US state laws; use Cookie preferences to decline or withdraw consent and contact us if you need another applicable opt-out.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Anyone under 18 should use the Services only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

• Essential browser storage supports sign-in, security, consent choices, and core preferences. Our consent choice is stored locally in your browser.
• Optional analytics and marketing scripts, including Google Analytics or Ads, Apollo, and Crisp when configured, are loaded only after you accept optional analytics in the consent banner. They may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement and support.
• You can revisit Cookie preferences in the footer and use browser controls to clear or block storage. Some account or site features may stop working if essential storage is blocked.

• We use access controls and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. Please send website credentials only through a secure method agreed for the work.
• No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please use a strong password and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
• Automated scan scores and diagnostics are informational only. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
