For eligible websites, infrastructure support is organized around reliable website operations: monitoring, updates, website checks and practical help when important customer journeys need attention.
Hosting cost is separate unless explicitly included in a proposal. For Shopify/Wix, hosting remains with the platform; YWC provides website-level care and human support.
Optional add-on: E-commerce / booking care is available as a scoped Care add-on covering checkout or booking-path monitoring, payment-flow checks, transactional-email sanity checks, higher-risk update QA and additional business-critical monitoring. Human implementation work still uses included Care Time unless separately quoted.
